One to one sessions with Rachel combine yoga and pilates moves with breathing and relaxation techniques to help achieve a healthier body/mind balance, better posture and efficient movement.  Each session is tailored to the individual and work towards giving you a toolbox of practices to use at home or in the office to help you relax, renew and work towards a pain-free life!  You can work with Rachel as a one off or have a series of sessions.  One to one is suitable for:-

• Complete beginners
• More advanced practitioners wishing to focus on a home practice
• Pregnancy + preparation for birth
• Getting back into shape after having had your baby
• Rehabilitation from injury or illness
• Those wishing to manage chronic conditions

I can also teach couples and small groups.

I  teach one-to-one sessions at The Bodywise Studio

£40 per session

Even if you don’t live in the Cambridge area, I can create a practice specifically for you via MP3 and written overview.  Please email me to discuss this further.
