Yoga Nidra: a free audio download for you

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation exercise.  It is a powerful practice that allows you to learn to relax consciously.  In Yoga Nidra you are awake and conscious and follow gentle guided instructions that help induce a sense of physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  Practiced regularly it can have pretty profound effects.

Sounds good right?

So I’ve made you a little present, an MP3 of a guided Yoga Nidra for you to download for free.  It takes about twenty minutes and guides you through various stages from gentle relaxation, to setting an intention, to allowing the awareness to travel around the body, to focussing on the breath before resetting your intention and allowing you to gently return to your day.

To begin downloading your Yoga Nidra practice click here.

I’d love to know what you think.
