Pilates is a mind body system, developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates to strengthen body and mind and the connection between mental and physical health.
Pilates helps you to tune in with the strength, movement and make-up of your body, helping to elongate, strengthen and stretch the muscles creating a leaner stronger you!
Rachel is currently training with Polestar Pilates and incorporates many of the Pilates principles into all of her movement classes to help you strengthen, lengthen, stretch and renew.
